Therapy

A therapist helps you talk through your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You can work on hard problems, changing behaviors, or learning how to deal with stress.
Psychiatry

A psychiatrist is a doctor who treats mental health conditions with medication. Many people who see a psychiatrist also see a therapist to talk through how they are feeling.
