All the Different Ways You Can Pause New Referrals


Need to adjust your practice’s schedule right now? Quartet allows you to manage the availability of providers so that you only receive referrals when you have openings. 

You can pause referrals over specific date ranges for:

  • Your entire practice
    • Select My Practice on the top navigation menu, and then Practice Availability.
  • Individual providers at your practice
    • Under My Practice, select a provider’s name and navigate to Availability & Insurance.
  • Specific insurance plans
    • You’ll see the option to pause specific insurance plans under each provider’s availability and insurance details. 

To start pausing referrals, log in to your Quartet account.
