We receive information about your care needs from the details you give us. Our HIPAA-compliant platform and our Care Navigation team then processes these details to find you the best fit in our network.
What is a Care Navigator?
When you need extra support, you can talk to a dedicated Care Navigator, who’s there to help you along your care journey and make sure you have everything you need.
