One of the most admirable traits about healthcare professionals is their selfless dedication to the wellbeing of others. The needs of the patient always come first — a noble ethos which demands equal parts sacrifice, resilience and strength. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, what is already a challenging career has been made even more so.

At Quartet, our mission is to improve the lives of people with mental health conditions. Every day, healthcare professionals make that possible. To honor their commitment in advancing the health and wellbeing of patients in this time, Care For Our Caregivers is an initiative we’ve launched in partnership with SilverCloud and wayForward to support Quartet’s network of mental health and primary care providers and staff over the course of the pandemic. SilverCloud and wayForward are offering providers who use the Quartet platform access to free computerized cognitive behavioral therapy (cCBT) programs with self-guided content on stress, sleep, anxiety and more.

Last week our CEO David Wennberg, MD, MPH, announced this initiative by sending an email to Quartet’s network of mental health and primary care providers. The email included instructions on how providers can access SilverCloud or wayForward for free. If providers have any questions on how to get started, they can reference the email, contact their Quartet liaison, or call 877–258–4010.

Provider use of these programs are completely confidential, and no individual data will be shared with Quartet or elsewhere. For more information, we encourage providers to refer to SilverCloud or wayForward’s privacy policies and terms of use on their respective websites.

To the healthcare professionals, we thank you for your bravery, compassion and perseverance — and we hope that you’re able to take the time you need to care for yourself, as you care for others.
