What kind of care can I get?
Therapy
A therapist helps you talk through what's going on. You'll work together to solve problems, change behavior, or learn how to manage your feelings.
Psychiatry
A psychiatrist uses medicine to help you manage what you're going through. If you see a psychiatrist, you may also have to see a therapist to talk through your experience.
