"During my onboarding experience, I remember thinking to myself how amazing and kind everyone was. I felt so comfortable and welcomed, as if I knew everyone there. Quartet’s culture has really given me a chance to initiate change and not only grow on a professional level, but a personal one, too. "
Senior Care Navigator
"What’s special about the culture is how mission-driven everyone is. It’s empowering to work with so many people that care deeply about helping others, and it’s exciting to hear about patients getting to care or working with providers to break down barriers to mental health care."
Senior Product Manager
"When I transferred to the Business Intelligence team, there was a lot of coordination between my previous manager and current manager to create a lane for me to push myself. I was given the chance to develop more technical skills, learn new tools, and encourage others to do the same. It’s something that makes me incredibly proud and appreciative to work at Quartet."
Business Intelligence Analyst II
"Knowing that I work at Quartet, many friends and families have invited me into their journey to find mental health care. The challenges that I experience, as someone who works in the space, to help them find high-quality, affordable mental health care motivates me to keep working towards our mission to make this easier for other people."
"Quartet’s a great place to work because the company’s mission begins with their employees first. During COVID-19, our leadership were very transparent, shared updates as they came, and made sure they were accessible at all times. "
"As one of the first remote engineers, and for a while the only one, my manager and my team have been very supportive of my needs. My team actively addressed the difficulties that can come with having a mixed remote and in-person team by establishing new communication tools and practices, making adjustments to how we ran meetings, and making sure I felt included."
